BJT Transistor Characterization With Arduino

The project was to create an educational tool designed to characterize BJT transistors by finding their unique Ic(VCE) curves. The system is composed of an Arduino UNO R3, some circuitry, and a user interface consisting of a potentiometer and a button. The Arduino makes regular measurements and sends them to a connected laptop via serial communication. An interactive Julia program receives, processes, and plots the data in real-time.
